Tallulah Box proudly uses Australia Post. Each Tallulah Box sent with Australian Post is shipped Carbon Neutral.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer delivery date selection. We don’t want to disappoint you with a missed delivery date, and with the unreliability of delivery timeframes during the pandemic this is something we can’t guarantee! In saying this, please contact us if you have a date in mind and we will work with you to send your order off on a particular day of your choosing.

If your Tallulah Box is lost or stuck in transit, contact us with your order number and/or email address. We will find out where the Tallulah Box is and work with you on a solution.

Yes! Once shipped, you will receive an order fulfilment email containing a tracking link (you may need to check your junk folder). You will also receive email updates from Australia Post including notification when the Tallulah Box has been delivered. If you can’t find your tracking details, please contact us.

We send all Tallulah Boxes in a biodegradable reusable mailer bag.

We deliver to all metro and regional areas of Australia with the exception of Western Australia.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to Western Australia due to quarantine charges as each Tallulah Box contains seeds. If you order a Tallulah Box for delivery to Western Australia, we will notify you via email we cannot fulfil your order and offer you a full refund.

Orders purchased before 10am (ACST) are shipped same day.

If the recipient isn’t home and there is no safe place to leave the Tallulah Box, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office. The recipient will get a notification about the missed delivery and instructions to collect it in-person. It will be held at at the Post Office for 10 business days, before it gets returned to us.

If the Tallulah Box is returned to us, we will notify you by email.

Mistakes happen! Email us and as long as we haven’t dispatched your Tallulah Box, we can update the delivery address.

Because of the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

If our products do not meet your expectations, contact us outlining your concerns within 60 days of purchase. We will work with you to rectify your experience and may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for seeds that do not germinate or plants that die.

Yes! We guarantee our seeds for 12 months from date of purchase. In the unlikely event no seeds germinate, contact us and we’ll send replacement seeds free of charge.

We accept cancellations if you contact us before your order has been dispatched. Upon cancellation we will issue a full refund. The refund may take a few days to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note, we aim to dispatch orders quickly so the timeframe for cancelling your order may be small. Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer offer a refund.

We source premium grade seeds (meaning germination rates greater than 80%) and regularly test them (we have an office full of sunflowers!). We guarantee our seeds for 12 months and will happily replace seeds if they don’t germinate.

We get it - not everyone is a green thumb! Each Tallulah Box contains an instruction booklet and coir grow pods which help even brown thumbs grow sunflowers successfully.
